Wouldn’t this give the state the power to regulate the internet as China does? How would they even do that? Would California have to have its own internet and blocks put in place to keep its citizens from going to other states' internet? Or just force all Americans to live by California politicians biding. Does any of this make sense or a good use of taxpayer funds?
How about you just put all the information out and let people make their own choices.
